Unfortunately you no longer will be needing this app but while I used it it was extremely simple. Check your card balance, forms, or request. Easy to use and everything is on the app that you need

Tip: Tap "+Add Claim Details" at the bottom of the new claim screen before tapping the "Submit" button at the top. That "+Add Claim Details" should say "Save Claim Details" or something else more intuitive instead, but I can work with that. Overall, the app does what I need it to do, and it seems that significant updates have been made since the negative reviews of the past.

The app keeps telling me that my username/password combination is wrong. I use the same info on the website and I log in successfully. Clearing the app cache and data and uninstalling the app does absolutely nothing. What is going on?

Constant log in issues with the app. First it lets you create a username, then when you use that, randomly it wants you to use your PID instead. Doesn't have a forgot PW reset option. Most importantly, even when I'm logging in with my correct username or PID and PW I still get told it's an invalid log in. So I'll go directly to the website and log in just fine there, using my same, correct login credentials.

App doesn't do anything. It doesn't even let you submit a claim. Their mobile website forces you to submit via the app but if you have a PDF you can't just upload that on their mobile website or app

This app is unusable. I can log in through a web browser on the Flores website via browser. The same credentials don't work in the app.
