Everything else is okay except the repeated personal information ask from sky bucks members down to email, date of birth, telephone number etc. That's just the irritating part. All else is fine. Let my personal information be autofilled already Then add a part for if am I travelling with others/ If am I buying for someone else, so I pay once. When travelling as family having to buy one ticket at a time also becomes annoying.

This Airline Airline is a big scam when you want your refund! You send an email, and they reply right away, and they ask for documents and promise to refund your ticket and take over R500 out your refund and just ignore you when it's time to send your refund. I know I have a right to my refund!!! I know you policy is not about LYING to your customers. I'm still waiting on my refund

This app still needs a lot of work. I can't add upcoming trips. Can't check in. Sky bucks is a link that takes you to the website. I'm currently asking myself what's the point of having an app that can't simplify anything
