App makes sense to avoid re-using te membership for more than one person. If your complaining about it not working just use the bell intended to call the employees, and they should let you right in after you show ou have an active membership

I'm new to this gym, but honestly I think it is nice I'm 16 but for what you get it's definitely worth it have had trouble with the app but the workers let you in any way if you just show them your account also really nice workers nice machines overall loved my first day

It won't let me log in even when I've changed my password! Worked fine a while back, but now I can't even go to the gym!

Horrible app that doesn't work when you want to scan at the gate If this happens more than once the employees start saying they won't come to you every time, to let you in, very embarrassing thanks to the app I will go to another gym

There should be an option in the app to log off on one mobile and log in on the other if you want to change your mobile phone. I can't use my new phone, so I'm stuck on my old mobile for accessing the gym. It's a simple feature that doesn't make sense for not to have it in the app. Add this option in the next update, and then I'll change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks
