Service Terms and Guidelines

Restricted Shipments
Certain items are not accepted for international transport, including hazardous substances, unauthorized goods, liquid products, perishable materials, high-value items, and restricted technologies.

Claims Procedure
Any issue related to missing items must be reported within 3 days after delivery. Claims are only considered when supported by valid evidence, including a recorded unboxing video.

Customs Responsibility
Customs authorities may request documents from the recipient. Any delay, duty, or tax applied by customs is outside the responsibility of FlyEx BD.

Declared Shipment Value
The sender must provide the correct declared value in BDT during booking. Items not properly declared will not be considered under responsibility coverage.

Delivery Duration
Typical delivery is completed within approximately 5 working days. However, transit time may vary depending on external conditions such as customs clearance and environmental factors.

Export Declaration Fee
A fixed charge of BDT 3500 applies when shipping non-garment products through official export declaration.

Uncollected Shipments
Shipments that remain unclaimed beyond 30 days will no longer fall under FlyEx BD’s responsibility.

Gift Shipments
Packages sent under gift classification are subject to a 15% VAT based on applicable regulations.

Returned Shipments
If any parcel is returned by Bangladesh Customs after dispatch, the shipping charge will not be refunded.

Shipment Inspection
FlyEx BD may inspect parcels when necessary to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.

Address Information
Accurate delivery details must be provided by the sender. Any correction, rerouting, or return may involve additional charges.

Agreement of Service
By placing a shipment with FlyEx BD, the sender acknowledges and agrees to all service terms and operational conditions.
