I really like using the app, but the fact I can't "execute" planned maintenance items and still have to use the browser for that is disappointing.

The functionality still needs work. You can't filter work orders or find the most recent ones without having to scroll all the way down. The main screen isn't very useful. The to-do list icon should be able to alternate between PMs and work orders not just show PMs. Or at least have a work order icon or section. I wish it was set up like the website more or less. This is definitely a work in progress. I probably won't use it until it gets more streamlined. I'll update my rating when its more useful.

Constantly signed out and forced to sign back in. Other apps and services do not require signing back in ok mobile devices constantly.

Why can you not filter open requests based on request type? Each group only wants to see their requests (ie, Facility, IT, Grounds etc.) How was this missed, seems like one of the most needed feature. (Sort\Filter) We don't really use the app, without that feature, this is mostly useless when you have 30+ different request types in a very large facility.
