Overall easy to use app. I wish it had a little more functionality as some of the store features seem to be better on the website. It serves its purpose though for mobile banking.

Trash app. Crashes nearly every time I try to deposit a check. I have to keep trying resulting in stress as well as much wasted time from trying over and over until I get the rare moment it actually functions. You think wealthy bankers could make sure they have a functional app for finance management, but that's just expecting too much from these parasites.

Update 6/26 of course I cannot access my account through the app OR online......again. This bank has THE worst technology. The app AND the bank itself is miserable. I opened an account a little over a month ago and already looking for another bank. Your banking practices are wrong on so many levels. People put checks in their account, so they can use their money not for you to sit on every penny and not give a customer even a tiny portion until you feel like letting people have their paycheck

Truly terrible app. Multiple glitches, off-line status, no customer support (recording states customer service agent can't help, system-wide problem), account not current for at least 24 hours after transaction, off-line for maintenance over weekend monthly. Choose another bank. Ask an AI chatbot or do a Google search on customer satisfaction for FNB. You will see customer unhappiness is common.
