I keep getting locked out of my accounts and have to go to the bank to get it reset. Other than that I like it.

I've banked with them for more years than I can count. Always had a good experience. I just read some of the reviews. I am so sorry that you all have had problems. I have had some problems, but they were all to my advantage. They were/are protecting me. I've never had the app to act up. Again I am so sorry.and I'm just another customer.

Every time I download this app, even on a brand-new phone. You put in your login info, click continue, and nothing happens. 😞

Terrible app and terrible service. Miss our Heritage First App. We have complained often concerning our online banking at FNC. We would change banks is we didn't have so many online charges already set up. If you are considering this bank, walk away.
