I've banked with them for more years than I can count. Always had a good experience. I just read some of the reviews. I am so sorry that you all have had problems. Terrible app and terrible service. Miss our Heritage First App. We have complained often concerning our online banking at FNC. We would change banks is we didn't have so many online charges already set up. If you are considering this bank, walk away.

The app never lets me log in, but I can use my login information to log in via web browser. It's super frustrating and inconvenient because I have to go to the bank weekly to deposit my paycheck instead of using the check deposit feature on the app.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
