12/9/2023 - I was hesitant to purchase the tree knowing all the issues with the app. For the price the tree is a great deal alone. It can control 90% of the colors from the button on the controller. I download the app before I set up my tree and was unable to get it to open or work at all. Would crash at the splash/loading screen. After I had my tree plugged in and turned on the app started working fine. No issues so far.

The app works. You just have to go to your phone settings, scroll down to where it says apps, and click on that. Then, scroll down to the name of this app (Fo Remote), then click on that. Go down to permissions and click that. You'll see on not allowed "nearby devices", click on that to allow it. Once that is on the allowed side, the app should work for you.

Need to have more options all the pre-set (the whole 9 of them) doesn't even use all the colors need to have a mapping options, so you can make it the way you want it needs to be more like twinkly Plz work on this

What. A. Piece. Of. Garbage. Keeps crashing every time I press any button. It's supposed to be linked to a Christmas Tree. Absolutely no pairing, nor any control of lights. What a waste.

More color options in the awful presets than what you can actually choose:(Your choices in the "fun lights" (presets) are extremely limited - some are amazing, but I can't choose the colors I would want.... As far as the solid colors - there are colors in the pattern settings you can't get!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! Why advertise all of these colors when you can't even have them - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
