BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE In era of e-mails, they take too much time to answer these. If you have a problem for example, this can take 15 days or more. You send an email; you must wait the reply... about 3 days and sometimes much more. After having lost so much time to write a hard-working email, they answer you shortly with 3 or 4 words; you're not clarified and you send again another email; 3 days more and so, successively. We went back to the time of hole cards closed with spit.

Not good Screen turning black when calling and you cant cancel the call. Then even you closed the app to cancel the call still the other party still ringing... its like crashing when calling...a waste of dollars i recharged.i'll return the 5 stars after you fixed this issue...

everyone I run application it makes contacts refreshing No online status. No notification if calling rejected. It needs a lot of improvement. Calling rates are very expensive.
