★★★★★ Great app easy to use, I get $35 monthly from CVS, because im in Medicaid it will be $50 a month in 2025. Now it's basically $420 a year on CVS supplies. Razors, bandaids, cold and flu medicine, etc. Easy to use and supplies come in 4–6 days usually for me. 2025 it will be $600 a year. It HELPS ME OUT SO MUCH!!! I can get basic stuff and OTC medicine, vitamins. These days every penny I can get to help my family, this program has been a God Sent 🙏😇 God Bless and Thank you so much for the app too

★★☆☆☆ This app worked for a prior MMA insurance I still have but now im also on a medicare advantage plan n it only lets me log in to my MMA insurance to see that balance but does not show my hmo dual plans balance so I tried to create a separate acct for my new hmo dual medicare plan using a different email n it recognizes that email but when resetting that password it then says no email found, very contradicting, will have to call app to fix adding my medicare otc benefits which are much higher $

★★☆☆☆ (New insurance client of Aetna and OTC Health.) Rating app no better than 2 because the product scan tool says Coming Soon, despite successful login and confirmation all permissions are granted in my Android. OTCH support had no suggestions other than maybe wait for an upcoming app update TBD. This app is pretty much useless for me right now. Might as well show my ID card on Aetna app at CVS store instead.
