Works great on my end so far so good. Orders are easy to place and receive them fairly quick, which is a plus. My only downside is, that I wish there were more products that we could use our otc $ on. Other than that it's great, and I am so grateful for this app and having an otc allowance and knowing about it and how to use it.

CVS is the Exact opposite of its name. I have no choice but to use them because it's the only option for simply Health Medicare Advantage plans. Everything here is 2 to 3 times more expensive than it is at Walmart or Costco. They often don't sell things that they should be offering for people on Medicare Advantage like eye drops for severe dry eye! The charge three times as much for psyllium capsules than they do at Costco. CVS is a ripoff. So now it's July 2026, and CVS never responded

I used to have $45 a month in otc benefits, and now it's $30 a quarter you took away my benefits that is awful, and you want me to give you good reviews no chance here really bad when you take away benefits. I hope people read this

Cvs app crashes. I have to power off, then on again constantly. I order on my phone online, takes me over and over again to be able to finish my order. Also, cvs app should recognize my recurring orders. It doesn't! Frozen again....yuk. Cannot send. Page doesn't move.
