Swift delivery. Easy to use. Great offers. But you can introduce the proposed order delivery time on the tracking and delivery page. That will improve the experience and one more thing I want to suggest as fooza is a very new player in the food and drinks delivery market. Introduce a free delivery each and every time for any customer after an order price range. No food delivery app has this. Ofcourse without any prime membership, and please change the app developer. Worst app. I ordered biryani from Hatari which costed Rs.330 per plate, but I really doubt whether they have delivered the biryani from original hatari or not. The taste was disgusting, felt like we were eating normal rice there were no flavors. And most importantly the containers in which the biryani was delivered did not have the restaurants name printed. Every other time when I ordered from hatari, the containers were printed with the name of the restaurant. This app is fraud, stay away

Whenever I am trying to order alcohol the app don't verify my age. Every time in age verification it shows "the details you provided couldn't be verified ". And the customer support is very worst, not picking up calls every time. Worst experience.

Worst customer service. Uncooked chicken was served from the restaurant. Final verdict is on the customer that I can eat the uncooked food.
