Excellent app! Foodpanda makes ordering food very easy and convenient. The interface is user-friendly, delivery is usually on time, and there are many restaurants options to choose from. The tracking feature is helpful, and customer support is responsive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quick and reliable food delivery in Nepal!

I Ordered food from restaurant which was showing open till 12PM, I placed the order, I paid, and the order was in processing and after 15 min of ordering I get call saying can't reach the restaurant. I had to candle the order, and I also have to wait 1 whole day to get my refund. This is so frustrating. Before this I tried in another restaurant and in that restaurant it says open till 12PM but when choosing deliverey time it shows unavailable after I fill in everything. Customer service mid.

Had asked for 'as soon as possible' delivery but took more than an hour to deliver. The customer support staff was making excuses and not being accountable. Had cancelled the order through customer support call, but the incompetent staff did not cancel the order, and we were forced to receive the order and pay for it even after such a late and disappointing service and even after cancelling it through customer support call. The customer support is very bad. Never going to use Foodpanda again.
