Honestly, the worst food delivery service in Nepal. Foodpanda has become incredibly careless. It’s the same story every single time: you order, you wait, and then you wait some more. Maximum times the food is delayed by an hour or more. What is the point of a 'delivery service' if the customer has to starve while the app just shows 'driver assigned' for ages? So frustrating. Total waste of time and money. Fix your system or stop taking orders.

Had asked for 'as soon as possible' delivery but took more than an hour to deliver. The customer support staff was making excuses and not being accountable. Had cancelled the order through customer support call, but the incompetent staff did not cancel the order, and we were forced to receive the order and pay for it even after such a late and disappointing service and even after cancelling it through customer support call. The customer support is very bad. Never going to use Foodpanda again.
