I'm unable to get the camera working in order to scan a license. So I can even register a client. App. Doesn't work on my new Motorola cell

It doesn't work on iPad, I called spoke to Nathanael and he said it isn't his job to do mine, he can't fix the issues they haven't fixed. They don't want to fix it either? The company I'm with has me on a iPad I'm stuck with the problem...this is the worst software. Don't get it if you can avoid it.

I have a Google Pixel 10. After the recent Leads maintenance, the app header is covering the hamburger/function and the settings button. Have had trouble ticket in for 10 days. Tried font change, cache clear, uninstall/reinstall to no avail. Must be a developer issue. No response.

This app sucks to holy hell. Went from this to Insolations and back. There is nothing productive about this POS app except for the integration of customers and Ford incentives. Someone needs to look at the Insolations phone app and compare actual productivity to the abilities of this one.

Slow, keep getting low memory warning pop-up, not user-friendly. Texting feature is glitchy, texting pictures is slow and often rotates the image sideways. can't text video. Emails take longer to send bc you have to sort through coding in the templates to edit text. And can't tap pictures or pinch screen to zoom on pictures (using a Galaxy S10)
