I think this app is great! If you have a big order you could just press everything you want on the screen, and you won't even have to speak to the seller.

Seconding the comments about app being non-responsive. I am a regular and baristas seem to rarely notice orders received in-app or mix up ingredients (well, not only an app related issue). You have to come over and give them lengthy explanations on your missing orders. Not to mention that app does not update ingredients, weekly deals or sometimes even let the order slip away - you end up spending money but still need to come over and order again.

After recap all loyalty program is not worth to use that app. On old app we have and loss on new: - loyalty point that doesn't expire that was a point to order tea here (with new, there is no point to order tea at formosa) - deposit for cup can be returned in cash or in app (now just cash) - was most clearly and less complicated than new one
