Isn't clear that it adds an hour on to my pre-order taxi service why would I book a taxi for 5pm, and it arrives at 6pm?

The first taxi I have booked on the app arrived no problem. Then on the second booking the app stated driver was on their way, but I got no message to say driver was outside. I then got a message to say booking cancelled. I called and was spoken to very rudely and was told the driver was outside, and I never went out, and the blame was placed on me. I however was sitting by a window and seen no car outside. The app did not show the driver location, so I can not see where the driver was.
