Sign up process was smooth and completed easily. Hooked up at a new charger in Central PA, and it responded instantly to the app and started charging. Maxed out power rate on my Blazer EV RS immediately and held steady for max charging speed. Only thing I wish it did was display the current power rate in the app but not worth knocking a star off. Overall very happy with it.

Works well and easily some of the time but some of the times it's just extremely difficult to fathom why it's not working to start a charge it's usually the biggest problem when you're in the rain or weather is adverse in some way forcing you to stand out in the open with your phone trying to figure out how to get your car charged in the middle of nowhere

I want to advise others of what you must do to sign up. First, relax 😉 don't allow pre-filling your information, type everything. Second, is a critical to put +1 in front of your phone number. Thirdly, do not prefill your credit card information. You MUST type in everything manually. The address you used must be the same as it is for your credit card statement and then hit finish. Hopefully this helps! 👍🙌

Francis is a terrible charging company. IF you find a station that's working it takes 3 or 4 tries to actually initiate a charge. Oh and they charge by the time and slow their chargers to steal more money from you.

Horrible App! It won't let me get past the credit card page when I am trying to sign up. My husband got "signed up" at the charger, but we can't log in to the app after his charge.

Charging station is advertised as 200kw but charging is limited to 33 by the station. You can not use these chargers without giving this sketchy company way too much personal info that they will most likely sell to the first buyer. The first two stations I tried didn't work and the third stopped charging after 11kw, I've reconnected and will see if this charge ever happens fully. I am doubting it. Avoid these chargers and this network if possible. Honestly there could possibly be a lawsuit here.
