I want to advise others of what you must do to sign up. First, relax 😉 don't allow pre-filling your information, type everything. Second, is a critical to put +1 in front of your phone number. Thirdly, do not prefill your credit card information. You MUST type in everything manually. The address you used must be the same as it is for your credit card statement and then hit finish. Sign up process was smooth and completed easily. Hooked up at a new charger in Central PA, and it responded instantly to the app and started charging. Maxed out power rate on my Blazer EV RS immediately and held steady for max charging speed. Only thing I wish it did was display the current power rate in the app but not worth knocking a star off. Overall very happy with it.

Works well and easily some of the time but some of the times it's just extremely difficult to fathom why it's not working to start a charge it's usually the biggest problem when you're in the rain or weather is adverse in some way forcing you to stand out in the open with your phone trying to figure out how to get your car charged in the middle of nowhere

I put in my credit card a bazillion times, and it wouldn't start charging. No more Francis Energy charging for me.

Francis is a terrible charging company. IF you find a station that's working it takes 3 or 4 tries to actually initiate a charge. Oh and they charge by the time and slow their chargers to steal more money from you.
