Having used other cashback apps like Upside, I can say that Franki is solid Never had issues tracking purchases (over 15 or so made far) and it's simple, clear, and easy to use as an app I've participated in a bunch of "gigs" to showcase local places and even was awarded for some of them Fast and easy cash out. 5 percent cashback on most restaurants around me is nothing to sneeze at!

How do you use the new feature that says submit receipt in yellow ? After Yellow has been prest it doesn't give the option to submit.

The app looks good so far. The only problem I see is that all the restaurants that are actually in Brooklyn, NY, are listed as New York, NY. That could really throw a person off when judging whether they want to make the trip a place they have never been. 7th Avenue in Brooklyn is different from 7th Avenue in New York (Manhattan) or possibly in Queens.

Ever since they updated the app to link a credit card/upload a receipt instead of connect to a bank account via Plaid, it's been so buggy. My videos have been pending payment for weeks. If I didn't get a receipt, it definitely does NOT link to my credit card, even after typing it in every so often. Fix this please. It used to be such a great app.

You can't even submit your receipt. And they don't accept receipts even when they have the store name, date, and total amount spent. No wonder people don't like this app. Scam.

The app is a buggy, and now broken, mess. Receipt uploads and especially videos often are not credited. Now I am unable to link a bank account to withdraw. It's not worth the time anymore.

I was a very loyal Franki user for over a year, recommending it to friends whenever and wherever I could. The experience was seamless, posting was fun, and collecting rewards was simple. I was always excited to check if a new place was on Franki! Since the update, getting receipts accepted is a pain. Half the time I forget, didn't get a receipt, or they just aren't accepted. My card is connected, but that doesn't seem to matter at all. Please bring back the experience I loved!
