How do you use the new feature that says submit receipt in yellow ? After Yellow has been prest it doesn't give the option to submit.

The app van be used in many restaurants, which is good. However it uses so much data. Like 300 MB to 400 each time I open the app

The app looks good so far. The only problem I see is that all the restaurants that are actually in Brooklyn, NY, are listed as New York, NY. That could really throw a person off when judging whether they want to make the trip a place they have never been. 7th Avenue in Brooklyn is different from 7th Avenue in New York (Manhattan) or possibly in Queens.

Ever since they updated the app to link a credit card/upload a receipt instead of connect to a bank account via Plaid, it's been so buggy. My videos have been pending payment for weeks. If I didn't get a receipt, it definitely does NOT link to my credit card, even after typing it in every so often. Fix this please. It used to be such a great app.

You can't even submit your receipt. And they don't accept receipts even when they have the store name, date, and total amount spent. No wonder people don't like this app. Scam.

I was a very loyal Franki user for over a year, recommending it to friends whenever and wherever I could. The experience was seamless, posting was fun, and collecting rewards was simple. I was always excited to check if a new place was on Franki! Since the update, getting receipts accepted is a pain. Half the time I forget, didn't get a receipt, or they just aren't accepted. My card is connected, but that doesn't seem to matter at all. Please bring back the experience I loved!
