I think the recording section of the app needs an update. I purchased 1 new device and compared to the older one (which is already recording). The new device says 100% remaining storage which is accurate (because there is no recording done yet) while the older one says 2% remaining storage which I believe that the 2% is the actual used while recording not the remaining one.

Be careful when buying a Fran well CCTV. I purchased the SIM card version, but after only 2 months, I could no longer access the camera for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, I can't even log in to the app because it keeps displaying an "Abnormal Network" error. Very disappointing.

Hello to the admin of this app, can you help me with my plan? I have paid 120 pesos for the cloud plan and it's not working. I thought it would record the events in the CCTV even without a SD card, but I can't find any recordings in the app! Please give my money back if it won't work.
