I've been having real problems with the app it keeps on my password is wrong I would sometimes uninstall it then reinstall it lets me in but now if I wouldn't mind but my next payment coming out is £28.00, but I set my payments like last time to take 54.00 out in the 6 payments for some reason it changed itself back to £28.00 & I want to pay the £54.00 over the six payments.

Frazers is a joke tried everything to make a payment and no joy just want to pay off and close account and not use frazers again totally different from studio

Don't bother with them, once it moved from studio pay to Frasers plus the interest shot right up. Feels more like a scam now.

Terrible app. I was switched from a Studio Pay account to a Frazers Plus account. Since switching, I am unable to place an order. Even though I supposedly have a Frazers Plus account, when I try to pay by it, it keeps telling me my address is not right. When I have picked it from the drop-down box, and it's the address the account is registered with. Very confusing. You upped my credit limit, but I can't even place an order. I wish I was still with Studio pay. It was a lot easier.
