I've been having real problems with the app it keeps on my password is wrong I would sometimes uninstall it then reinstall it lets me in but now if I wouldn't mind but my next payment coming out is £28.00, but I set my payments like last time to take 54.00 out in the 6 payments for some reason it changed itself back to £28.00 & I want to pay the £54.00 over the six payments.

Don't bother with them, once it moved from studio pay to Frasers plus the interest shot right up. Feels more like a scam now.

When I opened my account I was told I have 3 months interest free credit although I had a request for 2.97p payment following month I paid the full balance which not showing in the statement and since april still charging me interest I did not know all this is happening until I went shopping in sports direct today and used fraser credit, I am not happy with all this why was I not told that I have to choose in my app and why was it not done by the person who helped open my account I will close
