Personal loans made through Upgrade feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 7.74%-35.99% and a 1.85%-9.99% origination fee, which is deducted from the loan proceeds. Lowest rates require Autopay and paying off a portion of existing debt directly. For certain discounts, collateral may be required. Repayment terms from 24 to 84 months. For example, if you receive a $10,000 unsecured loan with a 36-month term and a 17.59% APR (which includes a 13.94% yearly interest rate and a 5% one-time origination fee), you would receive $9,500 and would have a required monthly payment of $341.48. Over the life of the loan, your payments would total $12,293.46. The APR and other terms of your loan may vary and you may not be presented with multiple offers. If offered, your loan terms, including your rate, will depend on credit score, credit usage history, loan amount, and other factors. I have had this card for years. It has been great other than the fact that I get paid in the 22nd, my payment is due on the 18th and after 3 days they consider it a late payment. I am trying to build my credit and have asked numerous times to change my due date. They won't do it and even though I pay in the 22nd every month, they still send it as a late payment which kills my credit. One day late goes 3 or 4 years now and still won't change my date. They claim to want to help you but they don't

Wish I could give 0 stars!! I Suggest you find another company to do this business with, upgrade is incompetent at communication, you can not get ahold of a person and the phone menus are useless, I have been trying to add my new bank account for 2 months, no luck, I add it, they disconnect it and then just send another automated email, just stay away from this company, unless you are fond of frustration...

Tough company that unfortunately can not be trusted. They'll take away your credit without warning, leaving you financially stranded. Not cool.

I paid my loan off in FULL in July! August comes & they say I still owe $2000. I had to get a lawyer to get the situation resolved. BUYER BEWARE....AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
