So far I am happy with the Upgrade app. I have not tried to do a lot of things with it yet other that to check on my payment times and dates.

I have had this card for years. It has been great other than the fact that I get paid in the 22nd, my payment is due on the 18th and after 3 days they consider it a late payment. I am trying to build my credit and have asked numerous times to change my due date. They won't do it and even though I pay in the 22nd every month, they still send it as a late payment which kills my credit. One day late goes 3 or 4 years now and still won't change my date. They claim to want to help you but they don't

They drew a payment I didn't authorize from my account and over drafted my bank account. Their only solution, call my bank. Refused to fix their mistake

0 Stars. They will illegally report missed payments on your credit and say you owe them when the debt has been settled-so inaccurate information. I suggest going to Upstart.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! I Suggest you find another company to do this business with, upgrade is incompetent at communication, you can not get ahold of a person and the phone menus are useless, I have been trying to add my new bank account for 2 months, no luck, I add it, they disconnect it and then just send another automated email, just stay away from this company, unless you are fond of frustration...
