I am statisfied with this because it shows the percentage of the remaining memory. I gave 4 stars, however, because the last update occurred last 2013 😵 I'm afraid this app will stop working on higher versions of Android.

Nice! Get the + version, worth a buck! I love the 1x1 widget, have it alongside my battery, wifi and cell signal strength meter widgets. One drawback: to change the display update interval, you must remove the widget from screen and recreate it. That first setup is the only chance you get (or be happy with the default 5 seconds).
