★★★★★ Stop complaining, app works perfectly! As stated in the description, the app is ONLY for watching the live ce's. So, yes you have to do all the other freece funtions on the website, but once you do, the app works perfectly to watch the live ce you have scheduled for that day. Thank you for this. At least you can watch it where you want and move around instead of being tied to a desktop screen. Be happy, people. We are living in the greatest time for technology since we were licensed. Peace.

★★★★★ I can't join the class today at all! at 9:00 it said I wasn't registered!! I had no problems the last two days until today!! Now at 11:30 it let me in but it wouldn't let me join the class!! So what do I do??? Thank you Myra Taylor

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't work this year on my Samsung Edge Plus. It loads a log-on page and after entering the user name and password, it brings up a button that says Launch to launch the app but nothing happens when I press the button! I missed 2 live sessions today because of that. I also tried bypassing the app using Chrome and also Firefox but after signing in it loads the app again and nothing happens. This app worked perfect last year. I don't know what happened. I'm very computer-literate and I just can't get this to work.

★★☆☆☆ I have used the classroom app on my Samsung 8S+ in 2016 & most of 2017. It decided not to work as of about a week ago. I have called the "help desk", if you want to call them that & have been told 3 different stories about why the app is no longer working on my phone. 1st I just needed to uninstall & install again. 2nd, was to "reboot" the system. Went to Verizon to ask if I could reboot my phone & I was told if I reset my phone that it would lose everything I have personally loaded onto it. Now, I am technologically challenged, but I think that the answer is definitely NOT to reset my phone. 3rd phone call was with yet a not so friendly individual & I was told that they are aware of the problem & are working on it. Interesting, the first 2 people I spoke with said absolutely nothing about working on a "problem". So here I sit with 3 hrs short on ce credits & the end of December is fast approaching. This company needs to let us MEMBERS (yes I paid for this headache!) know what is going on & when will it be working. All I want is someone to tell me what's really going on! signed, Jean Avent
