Probably the best trainer on the play store. Customizable tables and keeps running in the background. Can't seem to get it to work with my PC-60FW oximeter though.

Nice app! I must say it is very well amde and plenty of features, sadly as many others, when I connect my Garmin Forerunner 245 music I don't get hr reading on the app, even though it opened the app from my watch. Restarting the watch sometimes works, but then It blocks mid-training so not really useful. I'll change to 5 star if this issue is fixed.

I'm in 4-day training with this app in co2 table, and it looks too good in the first day I have harded to hold my breath for 45sec but now I have to easy my best time wos 1:35-40 and this app says that after 1-month training I will hold my brath for 2:50 min. So I will update the review after completing the training now it looks very, very good

App has become a POS. Start a table, go to another app, hear it say, "30 seconds," and then it never gets to the 5-second countdown. It just stops the whole thing somewhere after 30 seconds remaining on a breath hold. Pretty ridiculous that you can't just start a table somewhere in the middle by pressing on the table time as a selection, but instead have to forward through each segment from the beginning. It needs to run in the background continuously. This was brought up before and not fixd.

What's going on with this app??? It's impossible to close now. Even when you turn off the program, you get unremovable notifications that the app is still running. Pretty close to uninstalling it for this reason alone.
