I'm very impressed with this high quality breathing and apnea training app. The instructions and exercises are easy to follow. If you've tried static O2 and CO2 tables before then these exercises might seem strange at first, but after giving them a few tries the structure and philosophy behind them will begin to make a lot of sense.
