O2 deprivation table – accustoms a body to lower oxygen levels. This is achieved by increasing the amount of time that you hold your breath on each attempt, while the resting time is fixed.
CO2 Tolerance table – helps a body to adapt to high carbon dioxide levels. This is achieved by decreasing the length of resting time between fixed breath-hold periods.
Wonka table – a variation of CO2 tables. Apnea timer starts after the first contraction, the rest time takes one breath.
Mix table – tables where apnea time increases and rest time decreases with each round.
Custom table – allows mixing different approaches to create a custom training, thus to generate the most effective training program.

Good: the app itself offers nice shortcut to training, as well as very clean UI. bad: advanced features locked behind a subscription. Let's not forget it's just a glorified timer with some data for training, that you can calculate in 2 min yourself on a piece of paper. There is zero reason for a subscription model. This is disgusting. Give me a one-time purchase fee, and I'll very happily pay for the time of the developer, since the app is nice. Not this though.

More Spo2 wearables should be included for this price. Now it's just a breathing timer. Nowadays, that shouldn't be that hard, e.g. Coros has an easy API, yet I see a request from 2023 from a user and still not integrated. So please, integrate more wearables....you have a whole team working on this app...

Overall very good for what it is. However, I cannot customize the contraction gesture and there is neither any fix for this online nor is there anywhere to ask for a support ticket. Hopefully the dev sees my review and fixes that because I cannot tell them it has an actual bug otherwise. 1-star review so they hopefully see this.

Literally stopped working with Wi-Fi on, then stopped working with Wi-Fi off, clear cache and forced stop, worked once, but broke when I turned the Wi-Fi on
