*TDS(total dissolved solids) Total dissolved solids (TDS) comprise inorganic salts (principally calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, bicarbonates, chlorides, and sulfates) and some small amounts of organic matter that are dissolved in water. TDS is a common terminology in use whenever you discuss water purification. Using our smart fountain, changes in TDS values can reflect the deterioration of water quality! For some users feeding pets with mineral water beneficial to human and animals, TDS itself may have relatively high value. It is recommended for such users use TDS feature as a reference.

Could never connect my device to my phone as they have a character limit on Wi-Fi passwords? So it was useless to me. Plus the water fountain itself broke after only owning it for maybe 4 months max. Waste of money

Great device! Terrible app. Cant connect the device to Wi-Fi to use the app. Google/Facebook login both do not function. Instructions aren't clear. The app is half the reason I bought it - to check the quality of my pets water.

Absolute garbage. Bought the product and for the past 24 hours, unable to register to this application. Installed, uninstalled several times. Tried everything on the book. Absolute garbage. I really regret the money I spent on that product
