Over the years this app has worked great! When it did start to give me issues (blue screen). I just cleared the cache and data in my Android settings and the app began to work again. Life is good.

I really love the app, I did have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work again. Regarding graffiti the team has just been spot on as well as fixing the potholes in the road thank-you City of Fresno

This app isn't good, it gets the wrong address and gets stuck before submit. The only reason this app could be considered good is that the people at the actual call center are a bunch of A whole! Go Fresno!

Almost utterly useless. I typically report 5 to 20 graffiti every day..... Unfortunately this is not allowing me to select the address that I need to, and I also can't search addresses so if I take 20 photos of graffiti, I can't go back and add them to addresses. It is slow, and the map does not work. Our community will surely suffer because of this

Worthless App. They should call it placebo app. City of Fresno, in order for this app to work, you have to respond to requests. The app by itself doesn't indicate better communication. What a waste.
