My hostel is using this app for management of each and every thing which is really very good and appreciable, but the major issue which I am facing is when I raise any complaint and if it is addressed/not addressed I should be given an option to take back my complaint or delete the complaint for addressing my complaint again because now the situation is the housekeeping staff is not coming to my room even though I registered a complaint two days earlier and not getting an option to register again

It's not showing the leave option on my phone, whereas it shows it on my friends phone, how do I apply for leave. Leave us shown as Vacation to me, but that's useless.

WORST APP EVER My hostel is saying to apply for leave in this app, and I face the same problem again and again. While signing in, my university is not showing, and I couldn't log in and the worst thing is that their website has my university name and logo in big bold letters. Literally the worst app I have ever used, no wonder why they have 1.9 rating 😂😂😂😂
