Horrible experience. It should be called unfriendly call taxi. Booked an outstation cab to Krishnagiri(TN) and then Devanahalli (Karnataka). After landing at Krishnagiri, the driver tells that he cannot go to Devanahalli as his owner did not tell him. After multiple discussions with these people, they told they will arrange another car which they never did. I was forced to terminate my trip with Krishnagiri and return to Chennai. Will never travel with them again.

I m not convinent with the app. It location is not mapped with Google maps. I m more concern about its services. Today morning 7.00 am called to customer care to book cab at 9.30. Till 9.30 no information shared. I called again and they say no cab avail and it take another 30 mins. They say if you really needed go for other cab services.I got other cab service and reached my destination. After 2 hours they called me and again saying cab will reach another 30 mins. Too funny 😂😂😂

Useless service provider. Will not use their service. Booked a package for 4 hrs the vehicle did not arrive even after an hour after the booking time. Called the complaint number and the lady was so arrogant and unresponsive. My whole schedule was spoilt. Cancelled after long wait, energy drain and wasting money for calling them frequently.
