Issue with payments. Each time the app is opened it does not "remember" the account balance and says you have a zero balance. It then directs you to the website, you make a payment and then the balance is updated. At .60c per transaction it's not a big deal, but I don't need $40 of parking!! Who else has been caught out by this?

Staff at frog parking either on phone or in emails have always been pleasant understanding and get the job done. Love the app and the pay per minute option. Makes my life so much easier when you don't carry cash. Love that can use the app for council parking.

Did what I needed it to do. The UI needs an update though. Each parking meter machine has its own code, stickier on the machine. It would be nice if the code number of the machine nearest the park was displayed in the app, so people know it's the right one. Yes it uses gps, but a bit more info would be good too.

Absolute rubbish! Could not find my location so could not pay for parking. What a waste of time this was. Very disappointing.

Latest update is a major fail. Won't let me pay for parking at all just keeps "processing". Even shutting down the app and restarting it/my phone doesn't help

PARKING TICKETS! Not sure if you communicate with the local council but received two tickets over the last couple of months even though I have correctly and fully paid for my parking via the app. Not a happy Parker 😕
