Have tried unsuccessfully for 2 days trying to use the Mirror Lake page through the FOOTSTEPS app. Paying association dues seems to be an impossibility via this site. The time I have used trying to simplify this could have been more efficient driving to Shoreline Dr.

The App does not allow for setting reminders for payment notifications nor does it alert you if a payment is past due. Why? For so.e reason it never stays logged in. Also, unless the community uses it to the full capability it's a very useless app. I'm looking at you Miranda/Breeze Mast Community.

My new HOA had us download the app, so we could pay our fees online. The app doesn't work on my Pixel. Since I could never log in using the app, I deleted it. Even the desktop version isn't that great. I will save myself the hassle and just mail my HOA payment.
