FuelTally: Gas & Mileage Log

FuelTally helps you keep a fuel log and understand the running costs of your car. Record fill-ups, maintenance and other expenses, then review consumption and spending over time.

FUEL AND RUNNING COSTS
Log fuel volume, price and odometer readings. Consumption is calculated between full-tank records with valid odometer readings. Fuel spending per distance is a separate measure: it needs two valid odometer readings and does not require full tanks. Missing readings are not treated as a zero-mile starting point.

See monthly costs and a breakdown by category, including fuel, insurance, repairs and parking. Expenses in different currencies are kept separate; FuelTally does not convert exchange rates.

MILEAGE AND VEHICLE RECORDS
Record business and personal journeys, choose your own reimbursement rates and export a monthly mileage log to PDF. GPS recording works while the app is open. Keep repair history and photos of vehicle documents together. Manage more than one vehicle and share a vehicle summary when needed.

REMINDERS
Set dates for insurance, inspections and maintenance. Review the next reminder on the dashboard and receive local notifications when permissions and phone settings allow them.

YOUR SETTINGS
Miles, US gallons, MPG (US) and USD suit US drivers. Units can be changed in Settings. Import supported CSV records or export your history. Choose a light or dark theme.

OFFLINE AND ONLINE FEATURES
Your vehicle log is stored locally and does not require an account. The log works offline. Google Maps route lookup, advertisements, purchases and other online services require internet access. Route lookup sends the requested places to the map service through the app's proxy.

ADS AND PRO
All vehicle-management features are available without Pro. The app contains Google AdMob advertising. An optional monthly Pro subscription removes ads. Pricing, renewal and cancellation are handled through Google Play. Ad privacy options are available where required.

FuelTally is a personal record-keeping tool. A mileage PDF is not a certification of eligibility for tax deductions or reimbursement.
