I thought this was a scam but after an emergency vet visit the night before I was desperate to get my cat his follow-up care. Everywhere was booked and then I found Fuzzy. Holy **** Dr. NatalieD is the best vet I've used in years. She listened and gave me easy instructions to help evaluate Yubari. I recommend Fuzzy to anyone w/pets and if you get Dr. NatalieD you'll be in capable caring hands. Short wait time, got his meds, and at $25 for 5 days! This site will save the life of pets without a doubt.

The wait time is ridiculous. It said "connecting you with veterinary nurse" and I waited for over an hour! Then waited another half hour plus to talk to a doctor. No matter when you call it always says they're "experiencing longer than normal wait times." Which is clearly not true - it IS their normal wait time. Also, no way to track prescription status. Was told free expedited shipping of 1-2 business days. It's now been 2 business days, and it hasn't even shipped yet! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I paid for a one time consult with my subscription. Waited 2 hours to speak with a nurse who recommended an OTC "immune booster" paste, or an additional 10-hour wait to speak with a vet. I requested to speak with a vet. App advises you can close the app and will receive an alert when the vet is available. My alert was silent and came 4 hours later at 4AM. When I did not respond, as it was 4AM, they canceled the request. Extremely poor service and bizarre system.

14 hours for vet to call back. Had initial chat at noon. Vet sends message at 2 am while I was sleeping. Spent $25 for Fuzzy to do nothing. Lousy service.
