Excellent app to control my LED lights at home

I always check reviews and star rating before using an App. Unfortunately I had already bought a full set of FVTLED lights before checking the App. Finding it had a 1-2 star review I started to worry a bit. Following the 12/12 update my widgets stopped working. I messaged customer support (not really expecting much). They responded within a few hours, constantly kept in touch, and within a week wrote a new update fixing the issue!!! Unbelievable service & worth 5* in my book.

The app does what it says apart from not being able to use my phone's microphone to change the colors of the light according to the beat of a song. The app just crashes upon activating this function. Also, not being able to have more than six timers in the schedule is quite limiting. (I now use an app called: Magic Home Pro. This app works with this brand of lights and the mic function works!)

I could not get the app to connect to the LED controller no matter how many times I tried. I tried all the help suggestions. Finally, I took the controller out of the loop and used another brand smart outlet instead.
