Step up from previous true coach app. Happy with great effort of support with coaching. They keep improving the app. Looking forward to new upgrades and progress. Happy to be a part of ATG. They helped me improve my knees and overall fitness noticeably, as well as my confidence with knees. Gained new levels of strength in other areas as well. Would even say that my last 2 years with ATG saved my knees. Didn't want to write this earlier but no doubt now. Knee saviors!

Signed up for a trial of the app, didn't like the stripped down version (all the regular programs are still locked), felt useless to me. And now I have to further waste my time trying to log on to a separate website to make sure my account won't get charged.

Great customer service, but the materials in that app itself are terrible. Badly made videos that were obviously cut from a much longer video without much thought to how they would work as standalone. (Badly.) If you're looking for knee rehab, get the book instead. Cheaper and better.

After reading about all the people injured, including myself on this program. Slow slow slow, take a year to do zero, ligaments take forever to get stronger and longer to heal. I'm back to parallel, and will take what I learned and do a year of some mild zero get cleared by scans then decide.
