As an orthopaedic surgeon i come across many people who suffer from KNEE PAIN. In majority of the cases , the simple exercises can do wonders. Though it takes a time (approx. 2 months) before before the effect of exercises are appreciated.
OSTEOARTHRITIS, RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, MENISCAL INJURY, AFTER KNEE REPLACEMENT, patients shall be benefited with these exercises.
why we had developed this application : 1) Lot of exercises given on internet but difficult to TRUST as they are being propagated by techies without knowledge of knee biomechanics 2) many a times visit to a physio centre is not possible due to daily busy schedule 3) we tend to forget things when not carried out regularly, so a handout is easy 4) PRECAUTIONS are all we ask from our doctors, but many a times we forget to tell one or the other precaution 5) there were languages issues in my part of the world so i had translated it in HINDI AND PUNJABI.
THE MOBILE APP IS FREE OF COST, THERE ARE NO PERMISSIONS, NO ADS, LOW ON SPACE(6 MB),ETC.

Probably made by someone learning to program or something. Just a list of information you can definitely find online on the first Google search, and JUST 5 badly translated exercises into English. Couldn't even figure some of them out due to bad descriptions.
