The old version was much better and user-friendly. Not the new version. Why do I need to update every time I want to open it? Done using it!!!

Doesn't work well, frustrating experience. If I'm purchasing tickets and rotate my phone, it locks the tickets, and you're unable to buy them. Once you purchase tickets, they routinely do not show up in your purchases. I can't tell you how many times these issues have ruined or nearly ruined fun experiences with the family.

Purchases often disappear. Had to look through a few weeks of emails to find my tickets when I showed up at the theater. This used to only happen sporadically but now seems the norm. Please fix it
