I'm giving it a 2 because I was able to make my purchase and got the email confirmation, but it doesn't show up in purchases. Also, every single time I open the app, it tells me an update is available. I have to click ok; it sends me to Google play, and I have to click open. There is no update. At least my rewards points show...

Purchases often disappear. Had to look through a few weeks of emails to find my tickets when I showed up at the theater. This used to only happen sporadically but now seems the norm. Please fix it
