Having this app is so much better than having to call in to public safety I can enter them no matter what time and so easily. Also, I love the section where I can add my pets to it and their photos so that if one of my pets goes missing there's an area for their images as well

Program suddenly stopped sending the sound alert and popup notifications and there is nothing in the notification settings which I can change to correct this. I have reached out to Verizon and my HOA and no one has been able to figure out why the alerts have stopped all of a sudden. There must be some error in the program. We need the alerts. We have Galaxy S9 Android cell phones. Please help me!
