I personally like using Envera. Although I liked having guards in our guard booths, It's easier for me to add and delete visitors than it was going to guards to do it.

A lot of times they don't accept ID's from people on the list. The bars should open for anyone on my list of approved visitors. Envera is still pretty good though. Would be nice to have a live person at the gate.

They have my permanent guest list, and yet they still refuse to let guests in. I even have to go to the gate to pick up delivered food. It's ridiculous! Do these people even know how to read the guest list???

Your system sucks, it let's people in who are not on my guest list without verification and give people who are on my list and problem and call to verify they are ok to enter when they are on the permanent guest

The MyEnvera gate system works very inconsistently. Several times we have had visitors or delivery drivers turned away when we were waiting for them. They are unreachable by phone and their online support is extremely limited. Our community is very frustrated with their service and support.

This morning, the visitor station at the gate wasn't working. We called Uber to airport, the driver cannot get in due to station failed to response the visitor license. We have to wale all the way to main entrance.
