A lot of times they don't accept ID's from people on the list. The bars should open for anyone on my list of approved visitors. Envera is still pretty good though. Would be nice to have a live person at the gate.

This morning, the visitor station at the gate wasn't working. We called Uber to airport, the driver cannot get in due to station failed to response the visitor license. We have to wale all the way to main entrance.

Your system sucks, it let's people in who are not on my guest list without verification and give people who are on my list and problem and call to verify they are ok to enter when they are on the permanent guest

Gate surveillance is horrible. Long lines. People monitoring gate can't read guests' names properly. This causes unnecessary turn aways if you are not available to answer your phone. If you want to put a friend on your list for one time, it has you enter as a business. Businesses are not allowed to come in on weekends. The system occasionally deletes names from your permanent list. Overly expensive to purchase. I called cs. Never heard back. Horrible System I want our guards back.

The MyEnvera gate system works very inconsistently. Several times we have had visitors or delivery drivers turned away when we were waiting for them. They are unreachable by phone and their online support is extremely limited. Our community is very frustrated with their service and support.

Half the time, the gates are malfunctioning and takes days to have them serviced.
