This is how secure the TopCard Security App is: • The Security App is protected by a password (PIN) of your choice, even if you should lose the smartphone. • The Security App generates and validates a new security code (one-time password) each time you log in to the Web Portal or Mobile App. • We keep the Security App up to date in order to offer you optimum protection with two-factor authentication at all times.

Nip changes without reason You did not understand me. I was not asking to change the NIP, I was saying that the APP for no apparent reason was not accepting the NIP initially set up, saying it was incorrect, and I had to uninstall and re-install it. It was not an error from me, the NIP is saved in a password manager and worked several times before stopping.

All my banking apps from the different countries work on my phone (Android 15 with security updates from March 25). This app decided that my phone is not safe enough. You know what? Your service is not needed. Uninstall

I am vacation and suddenly my PREPAID COOP SUPERCAR DOES NOT FUNCTION WITHOUT VALIDATING MY PURCHASES! I TRIED TO REVALIDATE - DID NOT WORK. OH, DID I TELL YOU I AM ON VACATION? NOVEMBER 17 -- I KEEP LOGGING ON BUT IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO WAIT FOR THE SMS WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I KEPT ON TYPING THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER JUST TO TELL ME --- THIS IS INVALID! IS THIS CRAZINESS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CARD IS FREE? I HAVE PREPAID BUT I PUT MONEY EVERY MONTH. UNINSTALLING....
