This app offers so many things. Sure there can be some technical issues, but the developers are quick to resolve it. When I emailed Support, they responded promptly. I use this app every day to either register for a class, read Community messages and take an On Demand class. I recently stumbled upon workout plan. I am so excited to try this.

The previous app did not allow me to view the schedules to sign up. This app has the correct info to go to my account, but states there is a mistake and try later. I guess I will have to call in 3 times a week for my Zumba class.

If you force me to register for classes on the app ahead of time - fine, I'll download it and use it to register for classes. But don't force the user to "set goals" and "pick a virtual trainer." If you want those features as options someone can opt in to - fine. But it's annoying and makes the app feel busier than it needs to. Give me the important pieces of information front and center instead of putting your extra trash up front and making me dig for the class schedule.
