The Palms Branch. Staff and my PT are amazing! Always friendly, courteous, and respectful. They are always willing to help with information, giveg instruction on how to use machines to gain maximum benefit, and advise appropriate exercises for your particular needs for improvement. Machines and equipment are always maintained to top condition and repaired quickly. Premises, machines, and changing rooms are always clean and well presented.

I can't even log in......... and this app can't even let us reset our password, because it cannot send an email.... it says to check our email but nothing is there.

The app just doesn't work. You can't log in, and you can't reset the password that was never asked in the first place. Doesn't send you the email to reset, trying from the website doesn't work, is not the same password of the website. All the design is pretty bad, look like was made 10 years ago, so as the website.

Rude staff. Sold me wrong memberships then they demand I upgrade if I want access to Pilates room in rolleston. There are no classes at rolleston for black membership so no point in this membership at this branch. They demand I travel 40 km to another branch to have classes and 40 km home. So extra 80 km a day as they built a small gym that has no classes. When I complain, they cancell my account without me accepting this. And they cancelled when my account is paid for the week. So stealing money.
