Great vibe, well-equipped gym, lovely staff, just needs some attention towards general maintenance e.g. in the pool area dirty windows and broken lockers, nothing mayor though. 8/10

Joined recently very happy with the staff the gym, steam room and changing areas/showers are in desperate need of refurbishment tho I've been made aware should be happening in few months time I sure hope so as I'm looking forward to seeing it after it's done

The app has everything you need, and much more. Very thought-after app, I'm not giving it 5 stars only because I wish the main things were one click, and not two clicks away (booked classes for example) and I suggest sorting the class overview based on hours of the day, not grouped by class type (most of us can access the gym only on selected times). Other than that, the best app for the best gym ever! I'm seriously impressed

This app doesn't work att keeps saying wrong user or password when it's not also when you request password reset the email doesn't even come, so I have to use Google and save number

Useless. Just joined the gym and wanted to use the app to access my account but like many others can't log into my account. Tried resetting my password by asking for a link to reset it however emails never arrives.

Love the gym, dislike the app. It constantly logs me out and is slow. Viewing classes for the week ahead is clunky, as is actually booking them. Too many emails which show up in my email inbox AND the app. There should also be a push notification function when classes become available if you're on the waiting list. Everlast really needs to up their game with the app. I'd even pay for the app if it meant a vast improvement to save myself the frustration with the current version!
