With previous app, once I logged in, there I stayed. New app, I have to choose gym, choose member login, choose login again, then enter info again, and then I get to my account. EVERY TIME! It's tedious and frustrating. Disappointing.

Lm new(ish) to the gym environment but after just a few visits and appropriate guidance from staff (George) feel very much at ease and am really making full use of the excellent facilities there. All areas of gym have air conditioning and are spacious yet encase an amazing arrangement of equipment. The gym is not overcrowded but all who access it seem very happy there. The sauna and swimming pool is exceptional, as indeed the whole gym environment. The cost is I feel very fare too!!

Inconsistent classes, poor communication charges for premium gym but does not behave like one. No air conditioning for months, broken equipment, and furnishings. Constantly changing class instructors and that's when the classes are actually on. Staff are nice and do their best, not their fault that the place is poorly managed.

Unable to log in. Can log into the website but the same credentials do not work on the app. Password reset functionality does not work - no email is sent. Absolutely useless app. 0 stars 😡

I only use this app because I am now forced to by Everlast. I am not interested in any other features, they are just taking up unnecessary storage on my phone. Plus mobile coverage is patchy near my gym and I have to load the barcode before leaving home, so compulsory use of the app is a pain. But the barcode does work now and loads quite quickly, so I feel it's only fair to add a star to my previous review.
