Gazely: Eye Exercises & Breaks

Hours of staring at a screen? Give your eyes two minutes.

Gazely is a simple eye exercise and eye break app for tired eyes, eye strain and dry eyes after long screen days. Pick an exercise, follow the dot, and let your eyes relax. Every exercise is unlocked from day one. No account, no waiting timer, and it works offline.

WHAT YOU GET
• 16 guided eye exercises: slow blinking, eye circles, figure eight, near and far focus, look far away, palming, eyes closed rest and more
• 4 routines for your day: morning eye wake-up, desk break, blink for dry eyes, wind down before sleep
• A 1-minute eye break and a 20-second look-far-away break for busy moments
• Voice guidance from your phone's text-to-speech, so you can follow eye exercises with your eyes closed
• Vibration between steps and an adjustable cue sound (off, soft, normal)
• Pause, skip and go back at any time
• Choose your pace: slower, normal or faster
• Breathing steps are optional, off by default

REMINDERS ON YOUR SCHEDULE
• Pick your own morning, midday and evening eye break times
• Optional 20-20-20 rule reminder during work hours: every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds
• Tap a reminder and the right routine starts right away

KEEP THE HABIT
• Streaks, today's progress and a weekly view
• Monthly calendar of the days you rested your eyes
• Home screen widget with a one-tap 1-minute eye break
• Star your favorite exercises
