Very happy with this app! It has voice, visual, and vibration instructions, so it's easy to do the exercises without having to look at my phone, which should be standard in all eye exercise apps but isn't.

Did these exercises and my eyes feel so good, not strained. Thank you for this app and for taking the time to design this app.

I used to do these exercises twice a day, but my doctor did not suggest it and warned me about dangers of sudden eye movements and its causes on retina.
★☆☆☆☆Richard· Jul 31, 2022
Started vibrating my phone nonstop like crazy as soon as it opened
★★☆☆☆Yin Shing· Nov 7, 2022
I am satisfied with the whole app except the notifications. I made sure to open notifications for the app, but it never works... I need reminders on days when I forget about exercising my eyes.

No audio while doing exercise. How does the performer knows about next exercise and movement?
