I was using this app a while ago and then forgot about using it for a while. I really notice the difference from before to now as I feel it had helped. I am planning to use it more regularly again.

It's a helpful app, especially after a long day of computer/phone screen or working outdoors. Only glitch on this app, is that they could've included a variety of these eye exercises, it gets boring after a few tries.

If your eyes hurt from wearing contacts try this. IF YOU CAN'T SLEEP TRY THIS. I COULD BARELY KEEP MY EYES OPEN DOING THE SECOND TO LAST EXERCISE. I love this. Way to go guys, thank you.
