Can't delete users from the fingerprint lock. I just can delete their prints but if u add user u can't delete them. Update. Developers fixed the issue. Back to 5 star.

LOVE THE LOCK The previous review was 2 stars due to the app not working, but they reached out immediately and solved the issues I was having! 5 stars, Lock is really good quality, works perfectly for me. The app had troubles before, but now works like it should. Thank you for fixing it! Features work really well. I highly recommend this brand if you're in need of a quality smart lock! I like that I can have peace of mind. My stuff is safe and locked away!

Not sure why but Bluetooth won't connect through the app anymore. I hate this app and door knob. Having to reset AGAIN.

For some reason, the doorknob (K01) was removed from the app. I've been attempting to add the lock back to the app, but every time I try, I get an error message ("Add device failed"). I've tried resetting the door knob several times and have not been able to add it back to the app. The door knb is now stuck in factory mode - pointless if I have to use a key to open it.

If you're only using handle fine, but the app is worthless. Never connects to the handle so cannot unlock via Bluetooth with is a pain.
