Absolutely horrible. I have tried to upload documents for my claim in every way possible using the app - the app won't access the gallery to upload pictures even with all the permissions given. It also contains an option to use the camera and take the picture of a document, except that that doesn't work either. Absolutely useless!

Terrible claiming UX after the update. The text recognition is useless, and there's no guidance to let me know where and how to enter those details manually. Did you expect the user to know what to do with just a plus sign? On top of that, the app locks out both the doctor and the diagnosis selection if I didn't enter the claim amount first. Fire the PM, the designer and the manager who okayed this baffling redesign.

After upgrade, there is a pop-up message that cannot be dismissed and make this app not useable anymore. Please fix it.
