Stopped working on my main phone. Had to start using my old phone just so I can access transfers. The app crashes on the overview. I am still able to authorize purchases. I have already sent two bug reports to them but no feedback whatsoever. Edit: even worse is the bot who responded without reading my complaint. I already sent two descriptions of the issue to the bug report page! The baked in AI is not a good look for a banking app.

Very rigid in some aspects. And it forgets data easily: I spent few minutes to put in the payment details, received a phone call and everything I have entered was lost. This happened a few times to me already. Today it was worse, they ask fill in data about my source of income, I spend my time to upload the requested documents, and then they can't allow to submit it, due to some error on their side. And they don't allow using the app without uploading this data! I honestly dislike the app.
