★★☆☆☆ When I want to confirm something in the app, I want to get to the confirming window, confirm, and go on with my life. The unskiable popups are annoying and just make me want to e.g. Pay with a different card at a different bank.

★★☆☆☆ Poor experience. Customer service on English is not working on holiday. Czech customer service who is speaking English is not willing to help. George klic didn't authorize payment to Bolt taxi service and I could be late to appointment and left stranded, luckily there is taxi number on Google search and save the day. And yes, I do have money on account to pay for taxi. - p.s. Bolt taxi service was priced 750kc Regular taxi paid 1200kc Difference is notable
